Baby Massage & Milestone Classes and Individual Sessions

Baby Massage & Milestone classes are a wonderful opportunity for parents to learn to massage and stimulate their babies correctly.
Infant Massage is beneficial to all babies and their parents.

Baby Massage & Milestone classes are for all babies from newborn – 1 year.
They are especially beneficial to:

  • Babies who are not quite reaching their milestones
  • Babies with difficulty feeding and latching
  • Babies battling reflux or colic
  • Babies not sleeping well
  • Moms new to the area, as a spontaneous support group is initiated

What’s available?

Baby Massage  and Milestone Individual sessions in the comfort of your own home. Breastfeeding and feeding support. Private sessions are available to all parents who are helping their child with any special needs.

  • Training for therapists, teachers and parents and nannies.

Often referred to as “The Baby Whisperer”, Joanne Bradley has a passion for newborns and supporting their parents. Her goal is always to help a baby reach their milestones well and with ease whilst having fun. Joanne qualified as a certified International Infant Massage Instructor in 2004 and qualified to run baby stimulation classes in 2006. She is a board member of the International Association of Infant Massage SA.

Joanne has trained with Jan Tedder in the USA and is a certified HUG teacher, helping parents to understand their baby’s behaviour and development, meet their breastfeeding goals and feel more confident as a new parent.

Joanne trained in London as a Massage in Schools Instructor and has implemented the Nurturing Touch Program in Various schools in South Africa.

Joanne is a mother of 3 and has been working with babies for the last 23 years. She has been a supportive member of The Children’s Therapy Team for the last 20 years and has had the privilege of working with hundreds of babies, many with different needs and challenges. She has enjoyed seeing them reach their milestones well. Joanne especially loves working with premature babies and babies who may be facing various challenges.
